Summer is coming and this time, it won't just be a wish — WE WILL BE READY!

PHASE 1 – The Gentle Detox:
Just 3 days, enough time to get jump-start your fat-burning metabolism. We will be nourishing your body with real food and helping you break the cycle of bad eating habits.
We will start with a 3 day natural cleanse that help you clear out toxins and reset your body. This is not the kind of cleanse that will keep you on the toilet all day or have you starving. It is calorie restricted but with real food and drinks that help you get back on track and in control again!
PHASE 2 – Sustainable Change:
Once the 3 days are over, I will be sharing with a you a meal plan that you can follow and daily tips to help you transition into a clean eating diet.
This is that extra push over the top of the hill so that you have that BOOST when starting a healthier you!
