Being a throw-it-all-in recipe, this dish was made just for those days. All you need is a Crockpot, a handful of ingredients, and a little patience.
Crockpot Chicken Rice Bowl
Ingredients:
- Chicken seasoned with sea salt and garlic powder
- Container of homemade salsa
- 1 can of Black beans
- 1 cup of frozen corn
Directions:
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred the chicken and serve on ready made brown rice.
- You can sprinkle some lite cheese and some more salsa on top.
