A few years ago, without ever running a day in my life, I signed up for a half-marathon and the training for it. I pushed myself way beyond the limits that I thought I had, the ones I placed on myself. And the truth is, it wasn't for me. I had 2 little ones at home, watching me struggle, but keep getting back up. More importantly and for the first time ever, I was focusing on my nutrition and fitness. So much so that my thyroid disease symptoms disappear!
Believe in this!... You CAN and you WILL do this! Engrave those words in your head and erase that small little voice that starts with I could never....
- I could never look good in a bathing suit.
- I could never work out every day.
- I couldn't never find the time.
- I could never eat healthy.
- I could never wake up early.
