You know which one I'm talking about... the one that shows up at the gym January 1 and kills herself because of all the yummy food she ate during the holidays.
I call this time of year "survival mode". This is not the time of year I push to be super strict with my diet, because I DO want to enjoy all of the fun events this time of year. I also know that it's all about small tricks and good habits that will bring me into January without looking back with regret, heavier than ever and further from the START line than if I would have started in November.
Just like any obstacle course, we will be maneuvering our way through the holidays with some easy, clean eating habits and some fitness sprinkled in.
