Finally! A healthy chicken salad that I can really enjoy and I'm sure you will to! It's the perfect sweet and salty combo with the right amount of tang. A perfect go-to meal at home or an easy dish to whip up for a picnic or a small gathering.
Start off by chopping your grilled chicken ( home-cooked or store-bought, totally up to you) into cubes.
Add in chopped celery, apple and cranberries.
Mix with 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tsp of light mayo, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and dash of sea salt.
Chill and serve on whole wheat pita or crackers.
Easy but oh so heavenly chicken salad!
