From the moment I met Jericho McMatthews while she was in town for a Super Saturday event, I had a MAJOR woman crush moment! Her fiery red hair (well, more like a mane), her legs, and then her chiseled abs and @$$! My mouth dropped to the floor. And if that wasn't enough, she has to be one of the most down-to-earth, sweetest, badassest women I have ever met!

What is Morning Meltdown 100?
Jericho McMatthews (the kickass trainer we were introduced to in Core de Force) is out on her own with a brand new program: Morning Meltdown 100.
Your goal: COMMIT to yourself and make a lasting lifestyle change by committing to 100 workouts and completely transforming your body.
Each day features a brand new workout — you won’t be playing the same 6 workouts on repeat for 100 days, no way! So, you’ll never get bored. You’ll face new challenges each day as you watch your body progress, your strength increase, and your fat burn away.
It’s made for busy people.
This is my favorite part: these workouts are short yet effective! Only 20-30 minutes per day and the schedule is flexible to help you stay on track even when life gets crazy.
Each day builds on your progress.
As I mentioned, there are 100 unique workouts, which means each day will help you build on the progress you’ve made. You won’t be following the same exact videos every single week. I don’t know about you, but talk about keeping my motivation up and excited for each new day!

Morning Meltdown 100 is designed to be a PARTY.
Well, if the parties you go to include lots of fitness… but seriously, though, there will be a live DJ on the set. He’ll be able to increase and decrease the tempo to help you get into the right flow and connect with the workouts.
And you’ve probably experienced this before: the wrong music can totally make the entire workout feel off!
Now let’s cover one question I’ve already been asked…
“Does it have to be done in the morning?”
No, you do not HAVE to do the Morning Meltdown 100 workouts in the morning. It is suggested and preferred, but honestly, whenever you have time to squeeze in a workout is fine!
The reason it’s called “Morning” Meltdown is because Jericho is a strong believer in the effects of getting up and getting your body moving — and I agree!
“Waking up and sweating means starting your day with an endorphin rush, which instantly boosts your mood and sets a positive tone for the rest of your day, you’ll feel happier, more accomplished, and less stressed, and you’ll have extra energy to tackle the rest of your day as it unfolds.”
But working out at 6PM when you get home from work is still better than not working out at all!
